Driver reach hotel before actual pickup time. Waiting time is 0. Really appreciate. Drive very safely and very helpful. Thanks to the driver from my bottom of my heart.🙏

We booked from Madurai to Kodaikanal . Nice ride , value for money. Appreciate your efforts towards organizing timly cab service at economical price!

I had a booking from Mysore to Banglore, the driver had called me & confirmed that he will reach my hotel before time. But he didn't. I called the Fast Taxi helpline & within 15 minutes, they sent another cab so that I could catch my flight in time. Earlier, I had booked a cab for from Banglore to Chennai. This cab came on time & the driver Mr. Mansoor was very polite & soft spoken. Three cheers to Fast Taxi

The driver was professional. He is punctual about time and information. The only suggestion please include Toll-Tax etc, in price as now a days due to FastTag we do not get a receipt of Toll Tax and we end up paying the same from our pocket as we can not claim the same without receipt.

Used their services without knowing them only because it was the cheapest and got good service in return

Travel experience with FT was good. I booked first time and totally satisfied with service.i booked 3 days before and received the driver details immediately. service was great. Driver was helpful and polite.

I recently visited Chennai from Maharashtra. I don't know about Chennai. Then when I found it online, I called fast taxi company and booked a cab. He arrived on time. He showed all the places in Chennai. He also provided correct details. I was very happy with the way the driver Santhosh behaved thanks.

Good and prompt service. Transparent rates. Right from booking and explaining the break up of the cost the query was handled nicely. On the date of the journey it was doubly confirmed from Fast Taxi that we have got the car. Car was good and the driver was prompt and courteous and charged exactly as per the rate agreed. We hired the vehicle only through online without knowing the language or terrain where we travelled. But they made us feel at home and provided great comfort. Very good service overall and I will rate this as excellent and recommend to everyone.

Fast Taxi was a life saver. I was in Chennai for a wedding, and a little vacation. Sadly, I had cut my vacation short due to a work emergency. Flight tickets were off the hook. All above 8000. And there was a huge waiting list on all the 3 available trains. So after a little time on Google, I ended up finding Fast Taxi. Well, 7500 INR, a Swift and 7 hours later, I was back in Madurai. Epic stuff I think if you had a mobile app, it would be awesome!)

I booked Fast Taxi for one day City tour of Chennai I contacted the company in advance with the proposed itinerary and company was able to advise on how much to include gave a clear price from the outset I was send the car registration along with my drivers name so I knew exactly which car to except In short: a very honest and professional company highly recommended

I had a booking from Velachery to Eroad, the driver had called me & confirmed that he will reach my hotel before time. But he didno't. I called the Fast Taxi helpline & within 15 minutes, they sent another cab so that I could my Eroad in time. Earlier, I had booked a cab for from Banglore to Chennai. This cab came on time & the driver Mr. Mansoor was very polite & soft spoken. Three cheers to Fast Taxi

The best thing is the punctuality of cab. The cab never let with out any genuine reason .the cab which will send to you you find that cab full clean. The behavior of the cab driver's is so friendly and so Carey. The cab try to give you the best service of its. You will reach you place by time. Try the app .

Had done the booking through Fast taxi for an emergency purpose. On the way met with a small accident, and could not complete the journey. Initially faced a payment refund issue, which later got addressed by Fast taxi team. So on the whole, scope for improvement is there for customer grievance turn around time.
