HOW WE USE LOCATION INFORMATION COLLECTED FROM MOBILE APPS We collect the real-time location of drivers from the app and assign them to a specific driver to send location-based bookings and track the cab after the tripWe use it till the end of the trip from our site.Location data collected from our apps is used only for dispatching and tracking carts. The location data collected is not used for any advertising purposes or shared with any third party agencies.

User Privacy

We collect information about your use of the FastTaxi Platform, including ride information such as date, time, destination, distance, route, fare and whether you used a promotional or referral code. We also collect information about your interactions with the Fasttaxi platform, such as our apps and websites, including the pages and content you view and the dates and times you use them. We do not sell collected personal or sensitive user data to anyone.

We collect the precise location of your device when you open and use the app, including when the app is running in the background in driver mode. To detect riding incidents, we also collect precise location for a period of time after you exit Driver Mode, and continue to collect it until the reported or detected incident is no longer active.

Providing you with a safe and secure experience is what drives our platform, both on the road and in our apps. To do this, we use your personal information:

Passengers may contact the Guest Care Department (8098333533) for any complaint regarding the driver or his service.

Although we will take care, we will not be responsible for any loss or damage to luggage or personal property left in the vehicle or after the rental period.

The vehicles are serviced and maintained to the highest standard, however Fast  Taxi  cannot be held responsible in the event of an unfortunate breakdown.

Cancellations must be made 1 hour prior to reporting time to 8098 333 433 otherwise Rs.100/- will be charged.

Any offer announced by Fasttaxi is valid for first time users only

How we protect your information.

Cancellation terms and conditions

The course description is available on the Fast Taxi portal.

Payment is usually made before the due date. (ie 5th of every month).

All rates quoted are in Indian Rupees. Fees are subject to change without notice.

Your payment will usually reach your Fast Taxi, Fast Taxi account within two working days.

FAST TAXI is not responsible for any delay in payment due to incorrect account number or incorrect personal details. Fast Track cannot accept responsibility if payment is refused or rejected by the credit/debit card issuer for any reason.

You will not affect the proper functioning of the network.

You will not assign or transfer your account to any other person or legal entity.

You will keep confidential your account password information or any other identification that we provide to you that allows you access to the Service.

You will provide us with any proof of identification that we may reasonably request.The Company reserves the right to change or amend or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time and the Customer shall post such addition, variation or amendment to these Terms and Conditions on the Company's websiteor subject to correction.

Refund Policy.

Refunds, if applicable, at management's discretion, will be issued only to the debit/credit card used for the original transaction. For the avoidance of doubt in this policy, Fast Track shall not require a refund of a Fee (or a portion thereof) unless such Fees (or a portion thereof) have previously been paid.

The Company reserves the right to change or amend or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time and the Customer shall post such addition, variation or amendment to these Terms and Conditions on the Company's websiteor subject to correction.Consent to Electronic Communications and Transactions:- By clicking the I Agree button, you consent to enter into transactions and receive communications, notices and information from us via email or other electronic means. Electronic communications are deemed received by you when you send an electronic communication to an email address/mobile number as per our records or when you post an electronic communication to an application on the website.

CHOICE OF LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION These Terms shall govern. In accordance with and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without reference to principles of conflict of laws. The parties agree that the Courts of Madras shall have exclusive jurisdiction arising out of or in connection with the Terms.
